As summer is ending and we are looking forward to starting a new season this month, we feel a strong urge to reflect back on the goodness of God and His mercies. So often, we pray and pray for God to intervene in our life and when He answers our prayers, we can barely find time to give Him praise for answering our prayers. Let’s challenge ourselves to celebrate answered prayers. Let’s take time out of our busy schedules to give praise and worship to our God for even the small stuff. He lives in the praises of His people. The Bible tells us to “give thanks in ALL circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” So, even if things aren’t looking praise worthy yet, give Him thanks in advance. God has never failed you and He will never fail you, so go ahead and thank Him for answering your prayers. God’s ways are higher than our ways and He is faithful to His Word. Hold on to your promises with both hands, don’t let them be snatched out of your grasp. Again, if God said it… it SHALL BE done! Praise Him! It is finished!
